Introducing "My2Penn'orth"

Does this world really needs another blog?
No!
But I like to have my own.
Well then, every blog needs a name. I thought about it for a while, but everything I came up with was just blah-blah, sounded overblown, was boring or was used by another one. Today someone told me, that I have to give my twopenn'orth to everything. Well, right. That's it. That's the end of the story and the start of this blog.
Don't worry! I will mainly talk about things I like to blog about and that is food photography and sometimes food.
So, with no further delay, here are my two twopenn'orth. If you like it, tell others about it. If you don't like it, help me to make it better.

True... there are soooo many blogs out there, but it's fun and addictive and I think it's a fun way to communicate! Glad to hear you now have your own blog too Thorsten! I will be back to visit!

Hi Thorsten, is it rude to post comments in German, I wonder... Well, today, I'm writing in English, after that we'll see ;) Glad to see that there are other people who feel the urge to have a blog. I've wanted one for ages but didn't know what to blog about and it took nothing short of a lightning strike to make me realise that it should be a recipe blog. I'm forever jotting down things I cook and hardly ever open a cookbook but just the fridge door to get my inspiration. Though I have a couple of favourite chefs. Anyway, I started mine a month ago and am totally addicted, particularly since I'm determined to publish every recipe with a photo or two. Looking forward to your recipes and pics and hope you don't mind my adding your blog to the list of blogs I read.

No, Sparkie, it is not rude to comment on German. I'm German, so why should it be rude then? I write in English only, because otherwise I would have to write my blog twice in German and English. Although I coook from scatch and often vary recipes I try to be more precise here with the posted recipes though.

I like your introduction - sort of practical and no-nonsense:). The names great too! Makes it stand out from the rest. You have such delicious cakes too!
